Mission

I help small and mid-sized businesses eliminate operational inefficiencies using automation, AI, and custom internal tools. The goal is simple: reduce manual work, improve response speed, and increase operational visibility.

Background

I'm a self-taught developer with roughly 15 years of experience building and deploying internal tools and automation systems. Earlier in my career, I co-founded a coding education business that operated in New York and San Francisco. It taught me a lot — but the hardest lessons had nothing to do with code.

I watched firsthand how operational inefficiencies can destroy an otherwise good business. Poor lead tracking killed growth. Manual onboarding slowed our ability to scale. A lack of operational systems created constant chaos. And building technology before validating the business case wasted money we didn't have.

Why This Work

Those lessons directly inform the consulting work I do now. I don't build technology for its own sake. I design systems that reduce manual work, improve decision making, increase operational leverage, and allow businesses to scale without chaos. Technology should serve operations — not the other way around.
