Custom software, fixed price

Cancel the subscription. Keep the software.

We rebuild the workflows you rent as custom software you own, shaped to how your business runs. One fixed build price. No per-seat license for the software we build. See whether owning it costs less than keeping your subscription.

Rialto Vacations: $85K a year in platform fees, gone. Eminent Interior Design: Studio Designer replaced, $32K a year back.

Three years of rent buys the building

Per-seat pricing punishes you for hiring. Annual increases arrive whether you use the new features or not. And the day you stop paying, everything in it is gone.

Move the sliders to what you pay today. Most teams find the three-year number is more than a build that they would own.

Price per seat, per month

$600/month = $7,200/year
Renting, 3 years
$21,600

$36,000 over 5 years. Still not yours.

Plus $5,400 if we host it for you at $150/month. Any number of seats.

What we replace

The features you use, none of the ones you pay for

  1. 01

    Scheduling and booking

Your availability across every calendar you use, your rules, your branding. Reminders, reschedules, deposits.

Instead of: Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments

  2. 02

    Client intake, quotes and portals

Intake forms, quotes, e-sign, a portal where clients see status and pay. One login for your team, none for the vendor.

    Instead of: HoneyBook, Dubsado, Jobber

  3. 03

    Time tracking and invoicing

Hours captured where the work happens, invoices built from them, reminders that send themselves.

Instead of: Studio Designer, Harvest, FreshBooks

  4. 04

    The legacy vendor

Migrate every record, keep every form, lose the vendor. We did this for a 50-bed care facility without losing a page.

Instead of: the system nobody else uses anymore

How it works

Scope first. Price in writing. Then we build.

01

30-minute call

What you use, what you pay, what it's missing. If the tool is cheap and works, we'll tell you to keep it.

02

Fixed scope and price

In writing within two business days. The features you actually use, the gaps you want closed, one number.

03

Build, 2 to 4 weeks

You see it running before the end of week one and use it with real data before we call it done.

04

Handoff, your way

We host and maintain it for a flat monthly fee, or you take the repo, database and docs. Your call, any time.

Pricing

One number, before we start

The price is set when the scope is signed and it doesn't move. Extra seats, extra users, extra locations: no charge.

The build

$5,000 to $25,000

Fixed before we start. Half a few days before we begin, half when it runs on your data. If it isn't running by the agreed date, the second half is waived.

Hosting and upkeep

$150 a month

Optional, cancel any time. Backups, updates, security patches and small fixes included.

Changes later

Flat quote

Tell us what you want, get a number, decide. Or take the code and have anyone do it.

Questions

What owners ask before they switch

You do. The repository, the database and the documentation are in your name from the day we hand off. If you stop hosting with us, you take everything with you.

If we host it, fixes are part of the monthly fee. If you take the code, you get 30 days of fixes after handoff, then flat quotes for anything new.

The scope doc lists every feature and what working means for each. If that list isn't running on your real data by the agreed date, you don't pay the second half. We still finish it. Want a start date more than two weeks out? A $500 deposit holds it, comes off the first half, and is refundable for 7 days.

Sometimes you should. If the tool costs under $2,000 a year and does the job, keep it. Replacing software makes sense when the bill is large, the seats keep growing, or the tool does half of what you need and you're paying for the other half somewhere else.

Next step

Pick the tool. We'll price the replacement.

Thirty minutes, no slides. Bring the invoice and the list of things the tool still can't do.

Or just call
